1. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, quotations and agreements in which ANiX Fire Solutions B.V. acts as the contractor, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotations
Our quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All prices exclude VAT.
3. Execution
Work is performed by our certified specialists per the applicable NEN standards (including NEN 2535 and NEN 2654) and the CCV certification scheme for fire detection companies.
4. Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our professional indemnity insurer in the relevant case.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies to components we install. We provide 12 months of warranty on our installation work after delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
