Engineering of fire alarm and evacuation systems

Complete technical engineering for your BMI and OAI: detector placement, zoning, evacuation strategy, block diagrams and specifications — ready for installation and inspection.

NEN 2535NEN 2575NEN-EN 54

Our engineering specialists translate the PoR into a complete technical design: placement of manual call points and automatic detectors, zoning, OAI strategy, fire door and lift controls, block diagram and cabling plan. The design is submitted to the inspection body for approval before installation.

What we do

  1. 01Detector type and position per NEN 2535-1 annex
  2. 02Zone layout, detector loops and redundancy
  3. 03OAI strategy: type A/B, phased or simultaneous evacuation
  4. 04Controls for fire doors, smoke vents, lifts, BMS
  5. 05Technical drawings, block diagram and cabling plan
  6. 06Submission to inspection body for approval

What clients ask us first

  1. 01PoR vs. engineering — what's the difference?
    01 / 01

The PoR describes what the installation must do. The engineering describes how that is implemented technically — which components, at which positions, with which controls.
