Compliance

Inspection and certification of your BMI/OAI

We guide the full inspection process by recognised certification bodies — from dossier check to certificate issuance.

CCV inspectieschemaBblNEN 2535NEN 2654

A valid inspection certificate is required for inspection-mandated installations and is requested by insurers and the competent authority. We coordinate the inspection, deliver the full dossier (PoR, engineering, delivery report, maintenance reports) and ensure any findings are resolved immediately.

What we do

  1. 01Pre-inspection and gap analysis
  2. 02Completing the dossier (PoR / RvO / logbook)
  3. 03Registration with the certification body
  4. 04On-site support during the inspection
  5. 05Resolving findings
  6. 06Managing and renewing inspection certificates

What is at stake?

A failed or expired inspection may lead to restrictions on use and can complicate insurance discussions.

What clients ask us first

  1. 01Which buildings are inspection-mandated?
