Certifications, training and delivery documents
ANiX Fire Solutions is CCV-certified through certification body CIBV for fire alarm and evacuation alarm systems. Every project ships with the full set of NEN-compliant documents.
Certified scopes (CCV / CIBV)
Programme of Requirements and system design are carried out in line with NEN 2535 and NEN 2575. These advisory services have no separate CCV certification scope.

Certified to supply fire alarm systems under the CCV certification scheme, with NEN-EN 54 compliant components and documentation.

Certified to install fire alarm systems (NEN 2535) and evacuation alarm systems (NEN 2575), including commissioning and handover.

Our certification status is public and can be checked at any time in the register of certification body CIBV and in the CCV company directory.
Demonstrable, up-to-date professional competence
Our engineering, installation and maintenance specialists complete recurring training and exams through recognised Dutch institutes.
Fire detection training
Our specialists train in fire alarm and voice/evacuation alarm systems at recognised Dutch training institutes.
BMI/OAI professional competence
Our engineering, installation and maintenance specialists work to the applicable Dutch professional competence requirements.
Fire-warden practice and fire-safety advisory
Competence in fire-warden practice and fire-safety advisory at recognised Dutch institutes.
Delivery documents per project
For inspection, insurance and audits we deliver a full dossier per project — drafted in line with the applicable NEN standards.

Every project begins with a detailed PoR — specifications, standards and functional requirements that serve as the blueprint for the entire project.

Delivery Report (RvO)
After commissioning you receive a full delivery report per NEN 2654 — evidence for inspection, insurance and the operating permit.

Inspection certification
We guide the inspection process by recognised certification bodies. After approval you receive the official inspection certificate.
Certification = valid insurance and operating permit
Certifications are not decorative — they are the basis on which your insurer pays out and your building stays operational. For inspection-mandated buildings, a valid inspection certificate is required.
Working with a CCV-certified company gives assurance of professional craftsmanship, work under the CCV certification schemes and compliance with NEN 2535 and NEN 2654.
